Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private duty nursing in a school setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to children in a home-based environment, delivering compassionate nursing services while maintaining detailed electronic documentation. You will work as part of Aveanna's clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Clinical Setting

• Private duty home-based nursing

Schedule and Employment

• Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, or PRN

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all health-related requirements in your jurisdiction, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
