Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN- School case Full-time

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time school case position in Baton Rouge. This is a Monday through Friday role providing private duty nursing care in a school setting.

Clinical Setting

You will work as part of Aveanna Healthcare, one of the largest private duty nursing companies in the nation. This position involves providing direct patient care in a school environment with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality clinical outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• School case hours

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Louisiana (or compact license that must be transferred to Louisiana within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all health-related requirements in Louisiana, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
