The opportunity

Job Description

As an Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) in the Inpatient Rehabilitation department at St. Lukes Rehabilitation Institute, you will provide direct and indirect patient care assistance under the general direction of a Registered Nurse. You will perform basic nursing procedures, assist patients of all ages, and facilitate communication of patient needs to nursing personnel.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an inpatient rehabilitation facility within the Providence health system, serving patients across the continuum of care.

Schedule and Shifts

This is a full-time position. At this time, remaining openings are available for Day or Night shifts. Please ensure you are able to work these required shifts before applying.

Required Qualifications

  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of recent experience as an NAC

Compensation and Bonuses

The base pay range for this position is $17.97 to $26.92 per hour. Your placement within the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence is offering up to $7,500 in hiring bonuses for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. This bonus is in addition to the compensation package.
