ANM Assistant Nurse Manager Operating Room Nights *Sign-On and Relocation Bonus*

AdventHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Operating Room on the night shift. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to lead a clinical team while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within the scope of RN licensure, ensuring proper technique and patient safety
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses and needs
• Assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and address any complications
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance
• Lead employees of the unit in the delivery of patient care
• Lead performance improvement initiatives on the assigned unit
• Think critically in relation to the operations of the unit and delivery of patient care
• Manage the business of healthcare delivery on the unit, including assessing and managing financial practices and productivity
• Assist and mentor others in relation to the technology utilized on the unit

Schedule

• Full time, nights
• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• One or more years of charge nurse or relevant leadership experience
• One or more years of nursing experience within an acute care setting

Compensation and Bonuses

• Pay range: $34.32 to $63.84 per hour
• $12,500 sign-on bonus with one-year commitment
• $3,000 relocation bonus
• $7,500 referral bonus
