Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for float pool positions across multiple long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout Illinois. This is a PRN, part-time, or full-time role offering flexible scheduling where you choose when and where you work.

As a float pool nurse, you will deliver direct patient care across multiple units including memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings. You will work with diverse resident populations while gaining experience in varied clinical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
  • Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
  • Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families

Clinical Settings

Positions are available across 15 Allure Healthcare Services locations throughout Illinois, including facilities in Prophetstown, Mt. Carroll, Geneseo, Moline, Galesburg, Stockton, Sterling, Mt. Morris, Zion, Peru, Walnut, and Mendota.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Schedule

  • RNs: $45/hour
  • LPNs: $37/hour
