Allure Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for float pool positions across multiple long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout Illinois. Float pool nurses work across various units including memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings, providing direct patient care and supporting nursing teams wherever needed.

Clinical Setting

You will work in long-term care and rehabilitation facilities at one or more of the following Allure Healthcare locations: Prophetstown, Mt Carroll, Geneseo, Moline, Galesburg, Stockton, Sterling, Mt. Morris, Zion, Peru, Walnut, and Mendota. As a float pool nurse, you will gain experience across multiple units and care settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment

Schedule and Employment Type

Positions are available as PRN, part-time, or full-time. You will have flexibility in choosing shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Compensation

• RNs: $45 per hour
• LPNs: $37 per hour
