Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Skin Laundry is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our medical-grade skincare clinic as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse. In this role, you will partner with the clinic team to provide clients with excellence services using advanced medical-grade technologies and customized skincare recommendations. You will help develop effective skincare routines and personalized treatment plans with compassion and high energy in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment that specializes in medical-grade facials.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a medical skincare clinic environment focused on laser facials and advanced skincare treatments. The clinic operates during posted hours, including mall and holiday extended hours.

Responsibilities

Creating Curated Client Experiences

• Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials suited to clients' personal skincare needs, ensuring treatments are safe and effective for all skin types
• Discuss the importance of skincare protocols created by the medical team
• Celebrate and communicate client results and treatment success

Supporting Store Operations Success

• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy in all processes and procedures
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
• Establish adequate staffing to ensure timely patient visits
• Maintain strong communication skills, multitask effectively, and work comfortably with computer and store systems
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes

Enhancing Clinic Culture

• Partner with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable, and comfortable workplace
• Respect and support all team members' individuality and provide an inclusive environment
• Understand opportunities and support the team to meet personal and clinic goals
• Maintain organizational relationships

Required Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an accredited association
• Associate degree or higher
• Clinically competent, professional, and compassionate
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to problem-solve
• Outgoing personality with a calming presence that makes clients comfortable
• Attentive listening skills and ability to read clients to ensure high standards are met
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize client safety and customer service and make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Two years of experience in skincare, aesthetics, or customer service

Schedule and Availability

• Four 10-hour shifts scheduled during clinic operating hours (subject to change)
• Full, open availability required
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
• Reliable commute to home clinic location and periodic travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed

Physical Requirements

This role requires long periods of sitting and standing. You will be required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

Compensation

• $55 per hour guaranteed rate, or $30 per hour base rate plus tips and commission
