Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, RN - (Fargo & Grand Forks)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver medical aesthetic services including injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments. This is a guest-focused role that combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry in a studio environment. You will provide personalized treatments, maintain detailed clinical documentation, educate guests on treatment options and products, and support guest retention and studio performance goals.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a premier aesthetic care provider offering advanced medical aesthetic services. Locations are in Fargo, ND and Grand Forks, ND.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments
• Provide exceptional clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos
• Educate guests on treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits
• Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences
• Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols
• Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence
• Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning

Schedule

• Predictable schedule with no overnights or holiday shifts

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $30 or more per hour, based on aesthetics experience
