Aesthetic Nurse, RN Full-Time

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver medical aesthetic services including injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments in a guest-focused studio environment in Pittsford, NY. This part-time role combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry to provide personalized treatments while supporting studio operations and guest retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments
• Provide exceptional clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos
• Educate guests on treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits
• Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences
• Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols
• Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence
• Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning

Schedule and Employment

• Part-time: 20-29 hours per week
• Predictable schedule with no overnights or holiday shifts

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $32 per hour or higher based on aesthetics experience
