Required Qualifications

• Professional experience providing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong facial assessment, consultation, and treatment planning skills
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, safety, and complication management
• Ability to build lasting guest relationships and understand the importance of retention and trust
• Comfort developing a practice and recognizing the connection between exceptional clinical care, guest experience, and practice growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Thoughtful approach to facial balancing and natural outcomes
• Value for continued education, feedback, collaboration, and clinical development
• Interest in mentoring other providers, becoming a preceptor, or contributing to clinical education
• Interest in clinical leadership opportunities

Compensation

This talent community is not associated with a specific open position and therefore does not have a designated compensation range. Compensation for future opportunities will vary based on the position, market, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Our provider compensation philosophy combines competitive base compensation with meaningful incentive opportunities designed to recognize production and practice growth. As you build your guest relationships and grow your practice, you have the opportunity to grow your earnings with it.
