Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Removery is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to serve as the laser expert in our Woodbury, Minnesota studio. In this role, you will administer safe and effective laser tattoo removal treatments using PicoWay® technology, educate clients on the removal process, and oversee laser and operational activities. You will be the primary point of contact for clients embarking on their tattoo removal journey, establishing trust through excellent communication and realistic expectation-setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments in accordance with Removery protocols
• Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and client information and records management
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes
• Maintain accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience
• Maintain current licensing credentials and complete company learning and development requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
• Reliable transportation to commute to the studio and other designated locations as needed
• Effective, client-centric communication style
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to sit for hour-long increments
• Ability to lift 10 pounds or more repetitively
• High level of comfort treating and interacting with the human body
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength with ability to operate laser and computer/office machinery
• Ability to visually assess client skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements

Additional Requirements

• Out-of-state travel for training may be required
• Visa sponsorship is not available at this time

Schedule

• Full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday
• Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $55-62 per hour plus commission
