Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) to deliver aesthetic treatments in clients' homes throughout Ohio as a 1099 contractor. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, build your own client base, and grow your practice with the support of an established, top-rated brand. Pinch covers all overhead costs including malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing clinical support.
Clinical Setting
You will deliver aesthetic treatments directly in clients' homes, including botulinum toxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials. All treatments must be performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials to clients in their homes
- Build and manage your own client base, treating a minimum of 5 clients per month sourced from your personal network and community
- Set your own work schedule, averaging 10-20 hours per week
- Manage client relationships and turn first-time clients into regular patients
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Manage supplies and maintain a polished practice
- Use Pinch's marketing tools for client outreach, retention, and referrals
Employment Type
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Required Qualifications
- Active APRN license in Ohio
- If new to injectables: availability to attend a full in-person training (see dates below)
Training Requirements
If you are new to injectables or aesthetics, completing an in-person training is required before you start. Applicants must be able to attend one of the following dates in full:
- November 21-22 in Columbus, Ohio
- November 21-22 in Cleveland, Ohio
- December 19-20 in Cincinnati, Ohio
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior aesthetics experience
- Existing patient network
- Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and community engagement
