Job Description

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Injector to join our clinical team in a primarily part-time role, with potential for full-time employment based on qualifications and practice needs. This position combines medical aesthetics with plastic surgery support in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will deliver aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, PRP, and other approved aesthetic procedures within your scope of practice. You will conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients on treatment options and risks, obtain informed consent, and maintain detailed documentation in the electronic medical record. You will monitor treatment outcomes, provide appropriate follow-up care, and manage treatment-related concerns or complications.

You will also provide clinical support for plastic surgery patients, including postoperative assessments, suture removal, drain removal, dressing changes, and wound evaluation and care. You will identify abnormal findings and potential complications, initiate appropriate clinical intervention or referral, and collaborate with the supervising physician and other healthcare providers as required.

Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with patient communications and scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring clinical areas remain clean and compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements, and participating in staff meetings, continuing education, and product training.
