Job Description

Allure Aesthetics, a luxury medical aesthetics practice in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care across a range of aesthetic services including injectables, skin health treatments, and emerging modalities. This is an on-site position reporting to the General Manager and Lead Nurse Practitioner.

This role is not commission-based. Allure handles all marketing and client acquisition, so you will not be expected to bring your own clients. You will appear in brand content and support marketing efforts as part of your responsibilities, but your compensation is based on hourly pay and clinic-wide performance metrics, not individual client generation.

Clinical Setting

Allure Aesthetics is a destination medical aesthetics practice focused on clinical excellence, bespoke client care, and collaborative team culture. The practice emphasizes elevated standards across all services and is actively expanding its service offerings.

Training and Apprenticeship

All providers at Allure begin with a paid Apprenticeship program before transitioning to full-time clinical care. The Apprenticeship is a part-time, hands-on training period typically lasting several months and includes over 150 hours of one-on-one mentorship, brand-specific protocols, and training across service lines. During the Apprenticeship, you will be compensated at $28 per hour. Allure covers all required certifications and outside training. You will move to full-time clinical care only after demonstrating the ability to deliver services to Allure's established standards.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Provide aesthetic services including injectables, skin health treatments, and other offerings in alignment with Allure's clinical standards
  • Perform Good Faith Exams (GFEs) for other providers, ensuring compliant and thorough medical evaluation
  • Manage complications when required, maintaining calm and client-centered care
  • Take before and after photos according to Allure's protocols
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in line with Allure standards

Client Experience

  • Answer client emails and messages when requested by the front desk team
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, elevated client experiences
  • Support client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and contribution to long-term treatment planning
  • Represent the Allure brand with professionalism in all client and public-facing interactions

Team Collaboration and Flexibility

  • Support fellow team members across roles and service lines as needed
  • Participate in cross-training in adjacent service areas to maintain a flexible, well-rounded skillset
  • Participate in internal case reviews and provider roundtables to ensure consistency and collective growth

Education and Innovation

  • Participate in ongoing training including in-house mentorship, external education, and industry conferences, with all required learning paid for by the practice
  • Contribute actively to the refinement and evolution of Allure's clinical protocols
  • Train and coach new team members as assigned
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of Allure's in-house training curriculum
  • Contribute to marketing content such as educational videos or other client-facing materials
  • Offer suggestions for operational or clinical improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (PA) license
  • Full commitment to completing Allure's Apprenticeship Program
  • Willingness to approach a clean-slate learning model and unlearn prior training if needed
  • Client-centered approach with a safety-first mindset
  • Polished, professional appearance aligned with Allure's luxury brand
  • Interest in a long-term clinical career within Allure, not a temporary position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience or passion for medical aesthetics (experience welcome but not required)
  • Exposure to aesthetic medicine through shadowing, internships, or early certifications
  • Experience delivering luxury-level care or service in healthcare, hospitality, or the beauty industry
  • Comfort participating in brand-guided content or media such as social media features
  • Prior participation in a mentorship-based or structured clinical training program
  • Advanced certifications or coursework in aesthetic or regenerative medicine
  • Experience mentoring peers or onboarding new clinical team members
  • Engagement with scientific research or aesthetic industry developments
  • Authored content, professional speaking, or industry association involvement
  • Aspiration to evolve into a trainer, mentor, or innovation lead within the practice

Schedule and Flexibility

Allure strives to maintain consistent, well-managed schedules. Typical work is around 35 hours per week, with additional hours available based on interest and clinic needs. As a medical practice, some flexibility is required to support client complications, participate in events, attend off-site training, or accommodate appointments that run over scheduled time. Schedules are set weekly.

Compensation

  • $28 per hour during Apprenticeship
  • $70 per hour after completion of Apprenticeship
  • Stable hourly compensation model; providers are paid for their time and expertise, including during appointment gaps within scheduled working hours
  • Eligibility for Allure's team bonus program after 1 year of employment
  • Tiered bonus structure starting at $1,000 per month based on clinic-wide performance metrics
  • Additional individual contributor bonus dependent on monthly metrics

Benefits

  • Set schedule weekly
  • At-cost pricing on services and skincare
  • Paid continuing education and license renewal
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Health and vision insurance with partial employer contribution
  • 401(k) with Safe Harbor contributions after 1 year of full-time employment
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) program starting at 8 days annually, with accrual structure
  • Six paid holidays annually

Career Growth

Allure is a rapidly growing practice with a strong commitment to education and excellence. The practice supports Nurse Practitioners in becoming among the most well-trained and respected clinicians in the field through ongoing education, certifications, and advanced learning opportunities. As Allure expands, future roles in internal training, mentorship, and clinical leadership are anticipated, though these roles are not yet formally established.
