Aesthetic Nurse

Nirvana is opening a new luxury wellness destination in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties/Fishtown area in September 2026 and is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse (RN, NP, or PA) to join the opening team. This role combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry in a state-of-the-art medical spa environment that integrates luxury aesthetics, advanced medical treatments, wellness therapies, recovery services, massage, beauty, and holistic experiences.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art luxury wellness facility serving a high-end clientele who value quality and personalized care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term aesthetic plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with all standards
• Follow up with patients to ensure outstanding results and an exceptional experience
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary wellness team to provide comprehensive care
• Help create the elevated guest experience that sets Nirvana apart

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN, NP, or PA license
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
• A refined aesthetic eye with a passion for achieving natural-looking results
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and compassionate approach to delivering five-star patient experiences
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF Microneedling
• Experience with medical-grade lasers
• Experience with medical-grade chemical peels
• Experience with peptide therapies
• Experience with other advanced aesthetic treatments
