Aesthetic Nurse Injector - RN

Maui MedSpa, an established medical aesthetics practice in Austin, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector to join our collaborative medical team. In this role, you will perform aesthetic injectable treatments, conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver natural, personalized results within your scope of practice.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a modern, upscale medspa environment with an established patient base and comprehensive range of aesthetic and wellness services. You will collaborate with a Medical Director and clinic management team while maintaining autonomy in treatment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient anatomy, goals, medical history, and clinical appropriateness
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and other applicable aesthetic treatments within scope of practice
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, and facial balancing
• Assess patients appropriately and determine whether they are appropriate candidates for specific treatments
• Provide safe, ethical, patient-centered, and evidence-based aesthetic care
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, alternatives, and aftercare
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with patients and contribute to patient retention and satisfaction
• Recommend complementary aesthetic treatments and professional skincare when clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, treatment notes, patient photography, and informed consent documentation
• Follow medical protocols, standing orders, clinic policies, and applicable Texas laws and regulations
• Communicate and collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic management regarding patient care and medical operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Participate in team meetings, training, promotional events, and continuing education
• Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, safety protocols, and industry developments
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience as an aesthetic injector is required
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections
• Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment principles
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
• Ability to appropriately assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Professional, personable, and confident bedside manner
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and excellent patient outcomes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Medical Director and management team
• Reliable and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full-face treatment planning and facial balancing
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse

Schedule

Full-time weekday availability is preferred. Scheduling requirements are flexible and will be discussed based on the needs of the practice and the candidate's availability.
