Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN)

Join a locally owned aesthetic clinic in Gilbert, Arizona as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. This role offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized brand while maintaining the supportive culture of a boutique practice. You will begin part-time with an established client base and a clear path to full-time hours as the practice grows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
• Safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced injectables to achieve balanced, natural-looking results
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across key portfolios, including Allergan, Galderma, Evolus, and Merz
• Educate patients on loyalty programs such as Allē and Aspire
• Educate patients on full-face rejuvenation and the connection between aesthetic treatments and overall skin health
• Collaborate closely with estheticians, wellness providers, and front-desk staff to provide an integrated patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and medical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirements
• Participate in company-sponsored continuing education, peer shadowing, and advanced training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
• 3 or more years of hands-on aesthetic experience with progressive experience in advanced cosmetic injecting
• Strong track record of patient retention, clinical safety, and complications management
• Excellent interpersonal, patient-care, and consultative communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Laser Technician
• Experience with regenerative therapies, including PRP/PRF/PDGF, microneedling, or hair restoration
• Familiarity with wellness modalities such as peptides, GLP-1s, IV therapy, and hormone replacement

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling
• Established client base provided
• Compensation: $40 to $55 per hour, depending on experience
