Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or NP) for our Georgetown, TX location. This is an in-person injectable role focused exclusively on delivering Botox and dermal filler treatments to our established clientele. You will conduct thorough consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and build a loyal book of clients who return to you for the results you deliver and the relationships you invest in.

Our Georgetown location, established in 2019, serves a growing and loyal client base in one of Texas's fastest-growing communities. You will work as part of a close-knit, high-performing team that takes pride in the experience delivered to clients near Georgetown's historic Square.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized client consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Perform Botox and dermal filler treatments with clinical precision and consistent, high-quality care
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare protocols
• Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, rebooking, and referrals throughout the Georgetown area
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all treatments and client records
• Collaborate with aestheticians, wellness providers, and front desk staff to deliver integrated client outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, professional team culture

Training and Support

Prior aesthetics experience is not required. Aurora provides structured, hands-on clinical onboarding beginning your first week, ongoing mentorship from experienced Georgetown injectors and Aurora's broader clinical network, continuing education and formal professional development throughout your career, access to advanced injectable techniques and evolving treatment protocols, and supportive leadership closely engaged with the Georgetown team.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in the state of Texas, current, valid, and in good standing
• Strong communication skills and genuine attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with sincere attention to client care and aesthetic outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior interest or hands-on experience in aesthetics or injectable treatments
• Background in a patient-facing clinical setting (any specialty considered)
• Local ties to Georgetown or the greater Williamson County area

Schedule

Full-time, 36–40 hours per week with a mix of 8- and 10-hour weekday shifts. Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM. On-site only in Georgetown, TX.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Hourly Pay: $25–$35 for RN / $35–$45 for NP, plus monthly bonus eligibility.
