Aesthetic Nurse Injector- Aestheticare St.Louis

CPP Clinics is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our medical aesthetics team at our St. Louis medspa location. In this role, you will perform advanced aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other injectable services. You will work directly with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct thorough consultations, and provide follow-up care to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures with precision and expertise
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and goals, providing tailored skincare recommendations and suggesting appropriate medspa services and retail skincare products
• Ensure patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up care, maintaining clear communication, and addressing post-treatment concerns to foster long-term relationships and repeat visits
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment protocols, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details, consent forms, photographs, and follow-up care, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff, and comply with clinic policies and OSHA regulations
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and advising management on needed actions
• Accept full responsibility and accountability for providing excellent patient care and adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice
• Demonstrate strong brand loyalty and actively promote the clinic's services and values, both individually and as part of the team
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care
• Monitor inventory levels of injectable products, skincare products, and other supplies; assist with ordering, stocking, and ensuring proper storage
• Ensure treatment rooms are well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to infection control and sanitation standards

Required Qualifications

• Current RN or NP licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting
• Expertise in administering injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team
• Meticulous attention to detail in treatment administration, patient assessment, and documentation
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Injector in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with standard working hours and onsite work. The role emphasizes maintaining a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
