Aesthetic Nurse

Join Chronic Ink's luxury regenerative wellness program as an Aesthetic Nurse onboard MSC Cruises, delivering high-end aesthetic consultations and clinical treatments to guests across international fleet locations including Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Middle East.

This is a 6-month renewable contract position with the option to work either as part of a two-person team alongside a Sales Specialist or independently under the "Unicorn" model, which combines clinical execution with direct sales responsibilities.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a luxury onboard medical spa environment, providing aesthetic procedures and consultations to cruise ship guests in a high-end hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional aesthetic consultations and perform clinical treatments according to established safety protocols
• Maintain luxury guest care standards, build client trust, and manage post-treatment guidance
• Collaborate with the onboard Sales Partner to drive treatment conversions and daily revenue goals of $2,500–$5,000+ USD per day
• For Unicorn Track positions: Proactively engage guests, generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales independently

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or Qualified Nurse with a nursing degree
• Hands-on experience delivering aesthetic procedures
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification in aesthetic medicine, injectables, or med-spa treatments
• Experience in luxury hospitality, med-spas, or sales-adjacent environments
• Colombian residency or nationality (preferred for team pairing)

• Base salary: USD $1,000 per month plus uncapped commission
