Aesthetic Injector Registered Nurse - Part Time

Sev Skin is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic injectable treatments and laser services in a fast-growing aesthetics practice. In this part-time role, you will perform neurotoxin and filler injections, laser hair removal, and advanced skincare treatments while building lasting client relationships and developing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized client consultations and assessments
• Administer injectable treatments including neurotoxins and fillers
• Perform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments
• Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care
• Accurately document all consultations and treatments
• Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements
• Make personalized service, package, and membership recommendations
• Build client trust through education, communication, and exceptional care
• Support rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and client retention goals
• Create a warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience during every visit
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Partner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
• Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms
• Participate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives
• Communicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license meeting applicable state requirements
• Minimum one year of experience in aesthetic injections (neurotoxin and fillers)
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to educate clients and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience

Schedule

• Part-time position with shifts up to 10 hours
• Full-time providers may work up to 29 hours per week
• Weekend availability required, including at least two Saturdays per month
• Must be willing to cover River Oaks and Sugar Land locations
• Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base hourly rate: $30-$33 per hour (River Oaks - Houston, TX)
