Job Description

Peachy is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work part-time as an Aesthetic Injector, specializing in wrinkle prevention through FDA-approved neuromodulator injections. This role is based in Brooklyn Heights and offers the opportunity to deliver cosmetic treatments in a fast-growing medical aesthetics company with a focus on transparent pricing, quality care, and science-backed solutions.

Whether you are an experienced injector or new to aesthetics, Peachy provides comprehensive paid clinical training, ongoing mentorship, and proprietary AI-powered technology to support your success. You will work with clients seeking preventative Botox, prescription retinoids, and daily-use sunscreen solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education
  • Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using proprietary AI-powered treatment planning technology
  • Administer cosmetic neurotoxin injections (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau) in FDA-approved facial treatment areas
  • Educate clients on wrinkle prevention offerings, including neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality during every client interaction
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting
  • Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives
  • Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization
  • Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards

Clinical Training

During the paid comprehensive training program, you will learn:

  • Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau injection techniques
  • Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
  • Personalized consultation and treatment planning
  • Neuromodulator dosing protocols
  • Peachy's proprietary AI-powered treatment planning platform
  • Clinical documentation and best practices
  • Hands-on supervised injection training

You will be fully compensated throughout your training period.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you are applying
  • Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Active BLS Certification
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience
  • Recent procedural experience such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands-on clinical procedures
  • Clinical background in specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Women's Health, Family Medicine, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, ICU, PACU, or other procedural clinical environments

Schedule

This is a part-time position with approximately 7 shifts per month (about 40 hours). The schedule includes:

  • At least 3 weekend shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • At least 1 weekday shift per week from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio
  • Occasional holiday availability may be required

While Peachy makes every effort to accommodate scheduling preferences, specific shifts cannot always be guaranteed.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently kneel, bend, sit, and stand for extended periods
  • Safely administer injections in FDA-approved facial treatment areas
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Operate standard office equipment and technology

Compensation and Benefits

  • Target base pay: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour USD (compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location)
