This role emphasizes full-face aesthetic assessment, long-term treatment planning, and collaboration with an on-site medical director and wellness team.

Responsibilities
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse injections
- Perform comprehensive full-face assessments and develop long-term aesthetic treatment plans
- Conduct patient consultations with access to complete health information including labs and hormone panels
- Connect patients to wellness services offered by the clinic, working collaboratively with the medical director and wellness specialist
- Build and maintain your own patient panel and schedule
- Follow up with patients and manage your patient book independently
- Learn about hormones, peptides, and whole-patient medicine from the on-site wellness team as you develop in the role
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona NP or PA license
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on injecting experience
- Master's degree

- Interest in hormones, peptides, and whole-patient wellness (no prior experience required)
- Demonstrated commitment to personal health and wellness

- Ability to present treatment plans, discuss pricing, and close consultations effectively
Schedule and Employment
- Part-time position
- 16 to 24 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on fit
- No volume-based pressure; time is allocated for thorough assessment and patient connection
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay: $60 to $70 per hour (depending on experience)
- Tiered commission on injectable production
- Commission on wellness programs that originate from your consultations
- Bonuses available
- Employee pricing on all clinic services

Hiring Process
The clinic uses a multi-step assessment process: initial application, 25-minute skills and fit assessment delivered via text and email, three short video questions recorded on your phone, and an in-person team meeting.
