Aesthetic Injector - Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our aesthetic medicine practice as an Aesthetic Injector. In this role, you will perform aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels. You will work directly with patients to evaluate their aesthetic concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality injectable services in a clean, safe clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history review, assessment of desired results, and development of individualized treatment plans
• Explain aesthetic results, risks, and benefits to patients during consultations
• Perform aesthetic injection procedures including dermal fillers and neurotoxins
• Perform micro-needling and medical-grade chemical peels
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate medical documentation including patient charting, before and after photos, and treatment records
• Prioritize patient safety by inspecting the injection room, maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards, decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the injection room
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends
• Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Valid nursing license
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills

Schedule

• Must be available Friday and Saturday

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $45-$55 per hour based on experience
• Bonus eligible
