AESTHETIC INJECTOR Nurse Practiioner or Physician Assistant Licensed, Red Bank/Old Bridge —

Evolve Med Spa is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a dual-role position supporting both our Red Bank and Old Bridge, New Jersey clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in medical aesthetics with comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing clinical mentorship. No previous aesthetic experience is required.

Clinical Setting

Evolve Med Spa is an award-winning, physician-led medical aesthetics company known for combining advanced medicine, artistry, and exceptional patient experience. You will work across two clinic locations in the Red Bank and Old Bridge areas, dividing your schedule based on clinic and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal and lip fillers
• Administer laser hair removal and facial laser treatments
• Provide other advanced aesthetic services as trained and competent
• Develop and recommend appropriate treatment plans to patients
• Build and maintain a loyal patient following
• Receive continued clinical guidance and mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
• Work collaboratively with teams at both clinic locations
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through warm, professional, and engaging interactions

Training and Development

Selected providers will receive comprehensive, hands-on training tailored to their experience, development, and the clinics' needs. Training may include neuromodulators, dermal and lip fillers, laser hair removal, facial laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic services. Specific training opportunities may vary based on your demonstrated competency and the services offered at each clinic. Ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship will support your skill development and confidence as you build your patient base.

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or application already submitted with issuance pending
• Full-time availability, approximately 30-40 hours per week
• Willingness and ability to work at both Red Bank and Old Bridge clinics
• Evening and Saturday availability required
• Commitment to training, professional growth, and building a long-term career in aesthetics

• Full-time position, approximately 30-40 hours per week
• Evening and Saturday availability required
• Holidays off
• No overnight shifts

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base pay of $50 per hour
• Hourly compensation begins immediately upon employment and continues once you begin treating patients
• Performance bonuses and a percentage of monthly revenue once you begin seeing patients
• Potential to earn an additional $10, $20, $30, or more per hour as your patient base and revenue grow
