Aesthetic Injector - Nurse - Experienced Medical Cosmetic Provider

LA ViE MD is a physician-led medspa with four locations seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join the team at the Danville office. In this role, you will perform a variety of aesthetic and cosmetic medical treatments, including laser procedures, injectables, body contouring, and wellness therapies. You will work collaboratively with physicians and the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care while building relationships with clients and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic medical treatments including lasers (Pico, Xerf, Morpheus8+), fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse+), neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport), body contouring (Emsculpt Neo), GLPs, and hair restoration therapies (PRP, Exosome Therapy)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Provide patient education on expected results, procedures, aftercare, and potential discomfort using a consultative approach
• Greet patients warmly, escort them to treatment rooms, and address concerns with empathy and patience
• Build trust with patients by understanding their personal needs and recommending services aligned with their goals and budget
• Call clients after visits to ensure understanding of post-care instructions, confirm satisfaction, increase client reviews, and schedule follow-up appointments
• Document visits and maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records using the EMR system
• Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain a premium and professional environment
• Create social media content that increases business and aligns with the LA ViE MD brand
• Assist physicians and other nurses during cosmetic and medical dermatology procedures
• Arrive 15 minutes early to all scheduled office hours

Required Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license
• Minimum 5+ years of experience injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers (or 2-3 years of experience for candidates able to perform some skills independently)
• Knowledge of various types of lasers and experience using at least one laser device
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and new patient referrals
• Organized and efficient approach to maximizing schedule productivity
• Dependable, prompt, and time-efficient work history with professional references
• Willingness and strong interest in continuing education and training
• Knowledge of technical and anatomical trends for aesthetic treatments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple brands and types of injectables
• General curiosity about skincare and cosmetic treatments
• Ability to work independently while remaining open to learning new techniques and products

Schedule

• Full-time (32-40 hours per week) or part-time (20+ hours per week) positions available
• Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday with some evening hours
• Availability preferences and restrictions should be discussed during the interview process

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly, non-exempt position with pay range of $60-$110+ per hour, combining base hourly income and productivity-based incentives
• Productivity income is based on schedule fullness, which is directly related to ability to gain new clients and book repeat clients
