Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – Family Practice

Valley View Health Center in Chehalis, Washington is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide full-scope family practice primary care in a team-based outpatient clinic setting. This is a full-time permanent position offering flexible scheduling options and a gradual patient load ramp-up.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an outpatient primary care clinic providing comprehensive services to pediatric through geriatric populations. The role emphasizes team-based care with close collaboration with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary care team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team

Schedule

You may choose between two scheduling options:

• Option 1: 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week
• Option 2: 5 shifts of 8 hours each per week

Patient load will gradually ramp up to approximately 18 patients per day at full productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington ARNP license or PA-C equivalent
• Active DEA license
• Ability to manage pediatric through geriatric populations
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

Compensation

Salary ranges from $136,000 to $151,000 annually based on experience, with estimated weekly pay of $2,615 to $2,904.
