Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – Family Practice

Valley View Health Center in Chehalis, WA is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide full-scope family practice primary care in a team-based outpatient clinic setting. This is a full-time permanent position offering flexible scheduling options and a gradual patient load ramp-up to approximately 18 patients per day.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an outpatient primary care clinic with a team-based care model. The position supports a gradual onboarding process with productivity expectations increasing over time to reach full capacity of approximately 18 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across pediatric through geriatric populations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington ARNP license or PA-C equivalent
• Active DEA license
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to manage patients across all age groups from pediatric through geriatric populations
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum one year of clinical experience

Schedule

Two scheduling options are available:

• Option 1: 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week
• Option 2: 5 shifts of 8 hours each per week

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $136,000 to $151,000 per year based on experience, with estimated weekly pay of $2,615 to $2,904.
