Advanced Nurse Practitioner Southern Ocean County

Clare Medical is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a Visiting Physician Practice in Southern Ocean County. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including wellness exams, sick visits, and management of acute and chronic diseases.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete detailed patient assessments and physical examinations
• Conduct wellness exams and sick visits
• Evaluate and manage common and acute chronic diseases
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory results
• Refer and collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Current DEA and CDS credentials
• Computer literacy and EMR proficiency
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Medicare-eligible patients
• Bilingual capabilities
