1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty skilled nursing in Passaic County. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients ranging from infants to geriatric clients in their homes. You will work traditional shift types (8, 10, or 12 hours) caring for a single client, building relationships, and supporting their health milestones.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation

Clinical Setting

Private duty nursing differs from traditional home health visits by offering hands-on care with one client over extended shifts. You will care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Minimum of five months of LPN experience
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule and Shifts

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Traditional shift types: 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Weekly pay every Thursday

Compensation

• $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
• $35.00 - $40.00 per hour for ongoing weekend shifts
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
• $1,200 nurse referral bonus
