1:1 Bus & School Nurse (LPN) - Washingtonville, NY (1375) *Incentive Rates Offered!*

Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 school nursing position in Washingtonville, NY. You will provide direct nursing care to an 11-year-old student with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, seizure activity, vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), autism, and who uses a wheelchair. This is a school-based 1:1 nursing role working during school hours.

Clinical Setting

• Patient's school during school hours
• 1:1 nursing environment
• Weekday schedule only

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (school hours)
• Flexible scheduling available (full-time, part-time, and per diem cases available in surrounding areas)

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State nursing licensure (LPN)
• Computer literacy
• Ability to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion
• Current malpractice insurance
• Completion of onboarding prior to training

Compensation and Benefits
